Hi out there,
since last saturday we have family over from England. It's Neils parents and his sister Andrea. They arrived perfectly in time and had a good flight with ryan air. Neil and I went to Hahn in two cars because Andrea brought her electric scooter and we expected that the scooter, the luggage and four people wouldn't fit in the car, so we decided to drive up there in two cars which finally seemed a good idea. We spent the first evening om a German Kerb (fair) and had German sausages and listened to live music by the seeded Gherkins, the band we share the practice room with. Except Neils father we enjoyed ist. The weather on Sunday was okay so we decided to drive into Wörrstadt and have an ice cream together. There we met up with Mike, Irina and Brian and had a barbecue in the evening. Later Neil tried to connect up the TV and the DVD with not oo much success. On Monday then the family started working in the garden and they went to buy bushes and trees in Wöllstein. And Neil and his father continued their work on the floor for the second bath room. Tuesday the men went to Hornbach to get more material and in the evening we took Andrea to our Band practice which she obviously enjoyed. Today is Wednesday and Neils father is taking us out for dinner, but they haven't arrived home yet. I hope it won't be long, because I am a little bit hungry. Later we want to watch the football match Germany-England.
We will enjoy two more days before they will leave again on Friday.
